Even if someone learns your password, they cannot log in without your physical phone. Activate 2FA from your Super Ace account settings – it takes about 60 seconds.

Never share your login details. Super Ace support agents will never ask for your password. If anyone – whether they claim to be from Super Ace or not – asks for your password via chat, SMS, WhatsApp or email, do not provide it. This is a social engineering attempt. Report it to Super Ace support immediately.

Log out on shared devices. If you ever access your Super Ace account from a tablet, computer or phone that is not exclusively yours, always log out after your session. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Logout". Do not just close the browser tab – use the proper logout function to terminate your session token.

Check your transaction history regularly. Log in to Super Ace at least once a week and review your transaction history.
